Do I need to have my plan figured out before this is useful?

No. You just need to know your top priority and have a rough direction in mind. Most of the teams we work with are untangling a mess, not executing from a clean slate, and the messier the situation, the more valuable a validated approach and a clear roadmap become. We’ve built these plans for teams that were still mid-cleanup with almost no process adoption in place.

Should I bring my RevOps leader?

Yes, if you have one. The roadmap this session produces is something a RevOps leader needs to execute. Having them in the room means they leave with the same context you do and can start immediately instead of being briefed later.
